Refund, Cancellation & Date Change Policy

At Advance Tours, we understand that plans can change. Please read our policy carefully before booking.

1. Cancellation by Customer

Cancellation charges depend on the time of cancellation before the travel date:

  • More than 15 days before travel: Cancellation fee of 10–20% of the booking amount

  • 7–14 days before travel: Cancellation fee of 30–50%

  • Less than 7 days before travel / No-show: No refund

(Exact charges may vary depending on hotels, transport, or package type.)

2. Refund Process

  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.

  • Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment.

  • Bank or payment gateway charges, if any, are non-refundable.

3. Date Change / Rescheduling

  • Date changes are subject to availability and supplier approval.

  • Requests must be made at least 7 days before the travel date.

  • Price differences (if any) must be paid by the customer.

  • Some bookings (special offers, peak season, promotional packages) may not be eligible for date changes.

4. Cancellation by Advance Tours

In rare cases where Advance Tours cancels a tour due to operational issues, natural calamities, or insufficient bookings, customers will be offered:

  • An alternative date/package OR

  • A refund after deducting any non-recoverable costs

5. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services such as flight tickets, hotel bookings, permits, or special activity tickets may be non-refundable as per supplier policies.
